The Delta-8 THC is an hemp-derived substance which is closely associated with delta-9 THC also known as THC which is the psychoactive component in cannabis responsible for the sensation of high experienced by users.   As with garden-variety marijuana delta-8 THC can be consumed in vapes or eaten. It's also not smoked. Its fans affirm its benefits, claiming that it can aid in the relief of pain and relaxation without extreme highs that could turn into panic or paranoia. However, there's been a lack of research into this substance.
